We are looking for a young dynamic and enthusiastic member with fire within to work and grow along with the organization who will act as a core member of our ever-expanding Development team and you will report to the Director. Your area of business will be Development.

Roles and Responsibilities

This defines the main role of the position. It provides a clear understanding of role and responsibilities of the position.

• • Coding and development work as per decided timelines
• • Coding as per internal process and standards
• • Review of project with Manager
• • Develops and executes test plans to ensure that programs and systems are functioning per requirements.
• • Analyzes users’ needs/requests determines feasibility of system enhancements automation and provides technical expertise in the design, construction and implementation
• • Provides direction to co-workers in using new techniques and in solving complex technical problems. Assess team members and their work. Plans project execution and delegate work within team
• • Completes reports documenting activities such as status of schedules, problems, issues, and resolutions or recommendations.
• • Support to HR team for hiring process (Defining requirements, Interviews)

Job Requirement / Specifications

• • Qualification Graduate in Science Field (B.E, BSc, BCA, MCA)
• • Experience: 2-4 years of experience is MUST in MVC,ASP.net, JQUERY, LINQ, C# and SQL

We are looking for an individual contributor who enjoys travelling to interact with the clients. A young dynamic and enthusiastic member with fire within to work and grow along with the organization. Who enjoys sales and marketing, will act as a core member of our ever-expanding Sales & Business Development team. The member will report to the Director and area of business will be Software Sales/ Marketing (Services).

Roles and Responsibilities

This defines the main role of the position. It provides a clear understanding of role and responsibilities of the position

• • Must have experience in an IT Services Sector Sales and Marketing of domestic OR international market.
• • All Pre Sales activities, Lead Generation, Cold Calling and Email Campaigning
• • Maintaining Relationship with clients, for recommendations and cross/up-selling,
• • Basic requirement gathering and understanding Client’s requirement for quotation purpose
• • Onsite / Client site visit for presentations and meeting
• • Sales Closure based on targets assigned, Interface between client and internal team during execution. Negotiating and finalizing the deal

Job Requirement / Specifications

• • Must have 2-4 years IT Services sales/marketing experience with an IT corporate
• • IT Services sales experience is must. (Services – in-house projects, fix bid, tailor made software, as per clients requirement, etc)
• • Accepts challenges with positive attitude and achieves the given targets
• • Preferably graduate or post-graduate in science or marketing field
• • Confident and good communication skills
