Roles and Responsibilities

This defines the main role of the position. It provides a clear understanding of role and responsibilities of the position.

  • • Coding and development work as per decided timelines
  • • Coding as per internal process and standards
  • • Review of project with Manager
  • • Develops and executes test plans to ensure that programs and systems are functioning per requirements.
  • • Analyzes users’ needs/requests determines feasibility of system enhancements automation and provides technical expertise in the design, construction and implementation
  • • Provides direction to co-workers in using new techniques and in solving complex technical problems. Assess team members and their work. Plans project execution and delegate work within team
  • • Completes reports documenting activities such as status of schedules, problems, issues, and resolutions or recommendations.
  • • Support to HR team for hiring process (Defining requirements, Interviews)

Job Requirement / Specifications

  • • Qualification Graduate in Science Field (B.E, BSc, BCA, MCA)
  • • Experience: 2-4 years of experience is MUST in MVC,ASP.net, JQUERY, LINQ, C# and SQL
